Though it looks like an actual sand castle, you can in fact live in this thing.
Right now, arguably the smallest castle in Florida is on the market in Fort Lauderdale. Located at 625 SW 5th Pl., the 882-square-foot "New River Castle" was built sometime between 1924 and 1928 and was originally meant for wintering northerners, according to the Sun Sentinel. While the coral rock castle only comes with one bedroom and one bathroom, it does sit on a half acre lot with over 150-feet of frontage along the Tarpon River, which is great for anyone who wants to park a bunch of tiny boats.
The current owners use it as a guest house and have given it a few upgrades over the years, including updated plumbing, a new roof, and new cabinets and countertops in the kitchen.
As of now, the tiny castle life can be yours for $1,750,000. The listing agent is Connie Salerno of Coldwell Banker Realty.
