A condo on Park Avenue was sold for $3 million in February, and according to Orange County Property Appraiser records, it's the priciest condo sold in Winter Park since 2004. The three-story property at 639 N. Park Ave. has never been lived in, so the new buyer will be the first to enjoy the floor-to-ceiling windows, enclosed courtyard, and rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen and fireplace.

The second floor has two large bedrooms, each with its own marble bath, and a "bonus room," and the entire third story is dedicated to the master suite and aforementioned rooftop terrace. There is OF COURSE a private elevator, as well as an air-conditioned two-car garage (with an EV charger) — in other words, your hair and makeup will never need submit to Florida's heat and humidity.

The seller was represented by Bee Powell of Bee Realty Corp., DeLand.
