One of Florida's historic homes, named Wall Street Journal's "House of the Year for 2015," Lamb Manor is used to getting lots of attention. There's a two-story guest house, bringing the property totals to seven bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and a four-car detached garage.
A protected deepwater dock with direct bay access will make you feel much farther away than the 30-minute drive to downtown Tampa. Listed for sale in January 2020 at $1,595,000 by Jennifer Zales, the home also enjoys a historic tax exemption in excess of $450,000. That is truly a rare find.
