Custom-built in 1979, this isolated stilt house is located at 4520 Deerwood Trail, just north of Melbourne, and comes with a three-acre island surrounded by a spring-fed freshwater lake. The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house was made with cypress and cedar, and had a new tin roof installed in 2016. It also features a steam shower, granite countertops, a new A/C and a massive deck and boardwalk for observing wildlife.

The homes is asking $399,900, and the listing agent is Thomas Englert of Remax Elite.
