A massive Florida condo with a massive price tag just hit the market Wednesday, Dec. 5. The new 66-unit penthouse at Eighty Seven Park in Miami Beach is designed by famed architect Renzo Piano and is asking a cool $68 million. According to the Wall Street Journal, if the penthouse fetches even close to this amount, it will be the most expensive condo ever sold in Florida. With 12,410 square feet of interior space and a whopping 8,247 square feet of private outdoor space, the condo features two infinity pools, 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and downtown Miami, light oak flooring, a wood and marble staircase, a chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero fittings and furnishings by Hermès, Giorgetti and Christopher Delcourt. If you're wondering, the current record for most expensive condo belongs to Ken Griffin, who bought a $60 million penthouse in 2015 at Faena House.
