This $2.1 million Orlando mansion features ‘Minecraft’ and ‘Super Mario’-themed rooms
This massive home in Reunion might look like your typical faux-Spanish, Florida mega-manse. But inside, it's hiding the stuff of kids' dreams.
Located at 460 Muirfield Loop, the home is owned by the Switzerland-based Bellaton Investments. Given the remote nature of its current ownership, you might expect a blank slate inside, a vessel for foreign investments to reap the benefits of Florida's booming market. But a quick step inside reveals a home that's much more than a line item.
The house comes complete with two rec rooms, the most-impressive of which is a full arcade with the Minecraft logo carved into a far wall. The room also boasts a full-wall Pac-Man mural, Space Invaders coming down from the ceiling and 8-bit castles near the Super Mario-themed pipe exit. A children's bedroom with multiple bunk beds (including stowaway beds in massive drawers) showcases art from the movie The Incredibles, with retro orange accents throughout.
The house doesn't want for entertainment for adults, either. It comes with a movie theater, in-ground pool, home gym and wet bar to keep the elders occupied.
Coming in with an asking price $2,100,000, the 6,465-square-foot house was built in 2016 and comes with seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms. It certainly doesn't hurt matters that it backs up to the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.
The listing agent is Seth Flaugher of Jeeves Realty.
