There's a reason why Mills 50 is on the come up. This area near Colonial Drive and along Mills Avenue is home to some of the city's best bars, restaurants and galleries. You're only a quick bike ride to either downtown Orlando, or to Park Ave in Winter Park, and, of course, Target is practically a 2 minute drive away. Most of these homes actually fall more in the $250k range and reside in what's called North Colonialtown or Coytown, which are both just North of Colonial Drive and East of Mills Avenue.
