Shaq’s mega-million-dollar Orlando mansion finally has a buyer
Former Orlando Magic center and NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal dropped the asking price of his Windermere mega-mansion again! Last time, it dipped from $28 million to $21 million, before it finally came off the market. Then he listed it again for $19.5 million. Now, real estate agent Tiffany Pantozzi of Compass Florida, LLC, tells the Orlando Sentinel there is a pending deal, but declines to give any details on the buyer or the ultimate price of the home.
Once the most expensive home listed in the Orlando area, the 12-bedroom, 15-bath estate sits on Lake Butler in the gated Isleworth community, and comes with a 6,000-square-foot indoor basketball court, a theater room, a 17-plus car garage, and a 15-foot deep pool with a rock wall climbing feature.
