Their choices of sushi and sashimi are extensive and it might take you a while to choose, but we recommend the Nova salmon roll with kiwi sauce that makes each bite so sweet.

Kabooki Sushi
3122 E. Colonial Drive | 407-228-3839
Located in a small strip mall, you wouldn't expect luxuriously-named rolls to come out of this spot. But the Louis Vuitton roll, filled with king crab and asparagus, topped with Italian black truffle salt and crème fraiche, and crowned with tempura and blow-torched wagyu beef is worth a try. It’s pretty pricey at ($17) but cheaper options are available. Make sure to reserve your seat beforehand.
