On June 20, we celebrated Bite Night -- the last one we'll hold at the beautiful Orchid Garden before the building is demolished. Presented by Publix Aprons Cooking School, this event featured more gourmet bites than ever, with 30-plus of the city's top local restaurants and chefs serving bite-sized samples of their most creative dishes. Paired with limitless cocktails, beer and wine; live entertainment from Violectric; the always exciting Bite Fight; and a silent auction and raffle benefiting the Edible Education Experience, this was a Bite Night to remember. Chef Jill Holland from Second Harvest Food Bank was awarded with the Bite 2019 Chef Award, aka "The Fonzo" Award, for outstanding contributions to the culinary community.
