After dropping $5 million from the asking price, Elin Nordegren — a former Swedish model and Tiger Woods' ex-wife — still could not sell her enormous house. She was selling the custom-built Florida mega-mansion for a colossal $44.5 million when we last checked in.
The site was first purchased for $12.2 million back in 2011. Nordegren reportedly used $100 million from the divorce settlement to rip down the original home and build this insane pad in 2014.
Located in the in Seminole Landing neighborhood of North Palm Beach, this 11 bedroom, 15 bathroom oceanfront estate spans 25,878-square feet and comes with its own cabana house with a bar, a billiards table and a summer kitchen. It also sports a separate guesthouse, which is configured into two different apartments, each with its own living room and kitchenette. On top of that, there's a swimming pool with a waterslide, a putting green, a fire pit and a sport court for basketball and pickleball.
