Orange County Animal Services is full – so full that the shelter is running out of room, and it needs adopters to come adopt some dogs and cats just to make room for the insane number of animals it's taking in daily. The shelter usually averages about 50 animals coming into the shelter daily, but on a recent day they took in 75 dogs alone. That's a lot of animals. And when the shelter runs out of room for the animals coming in, they have to make some tough decisions. That means that some perfectly lovely, adoptable, sweet dogs and cats will not make it out of the shelter alive. So if you're thinking of adopting, go meet some of the animals at the shelter right now. Orange County Animal Services is located at 2769 Conroy Road, 407-396-3111, ocnetpets.com.
