Look inside golf great Greg Norman’s new $12.2M Palm Beach Gardens mansion

Greg Norman is using some of the spoils from the sale of his estate in Jupiter to buy a new mega-mansion for himself. The Real Deal reports that the golf legend moved to the PGA-centered Palm Beach Gardens,  snagging a 6-bed, 9-bath house for $12.2 million.

The home at 12227 Tillinghast Circle has more than a little room to spread out. It's 11,837 square feet contains multiple living rooms, a rec room, several offices, dining rooms and grand entryways. The real draw of the property lies outside the house, with various secret gardens and a mammoth pool surrounded by multiple separate cabanas.

Only Norman could call that downsizing. His $55 million home in Jupiter included multiple outer houses: for the pool, tennis, the beach and growing orchids. The estate ballooned to an eye-popping 10-bed, 12-bath and the lot extended to the Intracoastal on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. It was sold to the family of billionaire and noted Jeffrey Epstein associate Les Wexner earlier this year.
