Kevin James moves his comedy kingdom from ‘Queens’ to Florida beachfront estate
You will no longer address Kevin James as the 'King of Queens,' henceforth he shall be known as the Monarch of Delray Beach.
The comedian and actor has purchased a luxurious beachfront estate in Palm Beach County for $14 million — originally on the market for nearly $16 million. This is a homecoming of sorts for James, as he previously owned a different beachfront mansion in Delray before selling in 2016.
James, star of both the King of Queens sitcom and the Paul Blart: Mall Cop film franchise, is now the proud owner of a fully renovated 18,906-square-foot oceanfront property with 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a 5-car garage and a 1 bedroom guest house.
The mansion also features extras like a rec room, elevator, wine cellar, pool, and a built-in grill on the outdoor patio.
Give your liege a friendly wave if you see him out and about in South Florida.
