A 12,370 square-foot pad in the Windermere area once owned by former 'N Sync member and current hot dog purveyor Joey Fatone is currently on the market for $4,895,000. That's only a $5,000 discount from prior to July, but a steep markdown from its original sale price of $5.5 million back in 2010. The house has sold for much less. Fatone and his wife Kelly eventually auctioned the home at the lowest market price, ultimately unloading it for $3.3 million in 2011.

Located at 9726 Kilgore Rd., this five-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate sits on 4.36 acres of land on Pocket Lake, west of Apopka-Vineland Road. The home, which was built in 1999, sports a six-car garage, a tennis court, boat dock, home theater, steam room and a resort-style pool featuring a water slide. Plus, the 700'' master bedroom walk-in closet isn't too far off from being an additional room itself.
