Sure, it's only February, but last night's dinner in the Ravello demonstration kitchen featuring dishes by executive chef Fabrizio Schenardi paired with wines from one of Napa's oldest wineries -- Markham Vineyards -- was a highlight on the 2016 culinary calendar. Bryan Del Bondio, president of Markham Vineyards, graced the dinner with his presence and declared his love for Florida, and the Four Seasons Resort in particular. He vowed to return with a selection of rarer wines from Markham's vault for a future dinner. The fave pairing of the evening was a 2013 Petit Verdot with Schenardi's Mediterranean herb-roasted red snapper. — Faiyaz Kara
