Located in the heart of Orlando's International Drive tourism district, the "Zombie Outbreak" attraction was founded in 2016 inside a former Wild Jack's Steak and BBQ restaurant, with its own bus stop and tons of foot traffic outside.
Until recently, the 9,400-square-foot attraction once described itself as as a real-life video game, "an interactive, live action zombie hunting experience," taking guests through an apocalyptic research facility overrun by the walking dead. The wild concept and detailed touches couldn't keep Zombie Outbreak from going out of business at the beginning of the year, taking all their materials with them before an even scarier outbreak took over the world's headlines — shutting down the tourism industry. Still, this versatile building in a very busy area of town can be used for much more profitable ventures.
You can own the very ground where guests once shot at actors pretending to be zombies. The listing is held by Amy Calandrino and Jessica Middleton of Beyond Commercial. It's listed for $3,75 million, zombies not included.
