Former Jaguars Star Kevin Hardy is selling his massive Florida estate, let’s take a look
Former Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Kevin Hardy recently listed his colossal Jacksonville estate for sale. The massive, 10,282-square-foot mansion has a price tag of $3,175,000. Located in the Queens Harbour community near the Intracoastal waterway, the home includes 300 feet of water frontage and a private dock.
The cost might have to do with some special, over-the-top amenities befitting an NFL star. Yes, there are seven bedrooms and 8.5 baths, but you can also take a swing in the batting cages, or practice on the private putting green. Why not Netflix and chill in the private home theater, after a night with friends in the "entertainment wing," complete with a regulation-size pool table and full bar? Most noteworthy is the 120-foot pool that flows through the center courtyard of the house.
Hardy was selected second overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 1996, with a six-year, $14.8-million contract. He became a fixture in the city, playing until 2002, when he signed with the Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals before retiring and moving back to Jacksonville to open two nightclubs. Now he's out of the business and coaching his son's high school team.
