Florida’s most expensive house is now going to auction, let’s take a tour
On and off the market since 2014, Florida's most expensive listing is now going to auction on Nov. 15 and with no reserve or minimum bid. In other words, this place could go for one hell of a deal.
Most recently listed at $159 million, the five-acre home, known as Playa Vista Isle (formerly Le Palais Royal), sits on a private stretch of land in Hillsboro Beach, along the "Millionaire Mile" between Miami and Mar-a-Lago. Completed in 2018, the 60,000-square-foot home features 11 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms, as well as a 20-car garage, 30,000 wine cellar, a 4,500-square-foot heated infinity pool, six waterfalls, two docks and the world's only private IMAX theater.
The house is being sold by Concierge Auctions along with ONE Sotheby's International Realty.
