A Florida couple is giving away this awesome beach house, but there's a catch

A couple in Fernandina Beach, Florida, is giving away their lighthouse-inspired beach home, but there's a slight catch.  The house has been a popular rental on AirBnb, but now the couple plans to build a new home on the existing lot, so it has to go. Posting to their Facebook page on Dec. 8, the owners say they're willing to give up their home for free, as long as you're willing to move it to a new lot in one piece, which won't be cheap. So, good luck with that. In the meantime, you can still rent this place for a mere $305 a night.
