Don Jr. and Eric Trump are selling their Florida beach house for $49 million

The Trump boys are are trying to flip a beachfront abode.

Located at 1125 S. Ocean Blvd. in Palm Beach, the "Beachouse" sits across the street from the Mar-a-Lago Resort and was purchased for $11.5 million in 2004 by Maryanne Trump Barry, the sister of former President Donald Trump, until she sold it to a limited liability company owned by Donald Jr. and Eric Trump in 2018 for $18.5 million.

According to Bloomberg News, the Trumps were using the home as a $100,000-a-month rental, but are now putting it on the market $49 million.

The 10,455-square-foot "Bermuda-style" house was built in 1956, and has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well as 194 feet of beach frontage, a pool and a Mar-a-Lago club membership grandfathered in.

"Because of its proximity and its lack of privacy, it would probably be a difficult thing to sell to someone who’s not a Trump supporter," said Guy Clark, a real estate agent with Douglas Elliman, to Bloomberg News. "It’s great for a Trump supporter to own that house and have the accessibility to Trump and his world. For that type of person it’s the right house."
