After canceling due to Hurricane Matthew, Spooky Empire returned to the Orange County Convention Center last weekend. Though the event did host special guests like the Stranger Things kids and wrestling legend Ric Flair, the cosplay was by far the best thing about it. Here are a few of our favorites.
