Paging back through Orlando Weekly's archives is fun for a variety of reasons. We get to snicker at sensational old headlines (cautioning threats like Y2k! Cable internet!), revisit still-relevant Orlando issues (homelessness, corrupt politicians) and perhaps best, remember early works from local artists we still love (like Andrew Spear, Jeff Matz, Morgan Steele) whose memorable illustrations colored early covers of our paper. So we wound back the clock and revived some favorite illustrated covers from issues we put out between 1995-2005. Enjoy the time warp!
At a time when local-based reporting is critical, support from our readers is essential to our future. If you're able to, please support the Orlando Weekly today.
