Right now at Orange County Animal Services, all animals that arrive to the shelter labeled as a stray on their kennel cards can be adopted for a low cost of only $10 for dogs and $5 for cats as part of the "Strays Anatomy" promotion in April. The adoption fees include spay/neuter, basic vaccines and microchip. Find your new best friend at the OCAS Pet Rescue and Adoption Center on 2769 Conroy Road in Orlando.
