13 actual examples of dress code that are part of the infamous Disney Look

This week the Disney Look made headlines when Walt Disney World eased its restrictions on its infamously tight appearance guidelines for employees so that a Sikh-American deliveryman could do his job wearing a turban and full beard, both of which would normally be against Disney policy. Disney granted Gurdit Singh, who claimed he had been denied career advancement and segregated from coworkers so that guests couldn't see him, a religious accommodation from its dress code, which dictates everything from the length of employees' skirts to the types of hairstyles they may wear.
