Right now at Orange County Animal Services, all dogs are $55 to adopt and all cats are $40, which includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines and microchip. However, on Valentine's Day (Feb. 14), adoption fees for cats and dogs will be reduced to $15 in honor of "fur-ever love."
