Orange County Animal Services is offering an "April Showers Bring May Meowers" deal, which means all month long both dog and cat adoption fees are reduced to $5, $10 or $15 depending on which rubber duck you pluck from a toy pond.

Also, all senior pets are free, cats are BOGO, and veterans can adopt a furry friend free of  charge.
